New Members
Spirit of Hope receives new members approximately four times during the year. 
We ask that you participate in three events through this process.
Currently
all events have been held on Sunday morning from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00
p.m. with a light lunch being served to the participants. These two
classes cover information about Spirit of Hope, it's history, it's
vision, and it's a great way to get to know each other. We ask
participants to fill out "time & talent" sheets and invite members
of the Ministry Teams to share the current ministries of the
congregation. Children are, of course, welcome and if needed, child care will be provided.
We have two levels of membership – full and associate. A full member belongs only to Spirit of Hope with all voting rights, membership privileges and obligations. Associate members also have a “home congregation” where they live for part of the year and have their full membership there. Associate members cannot hold an office or serve on the church council of Spirit of Hope.
Our next new member weekend is March 27/28. The deadline for signing up for the classes is February 28. Classes will be held on March 7 and 14 from11:00 am - 2:00 pm in Room 103.
